Maintain an Optimum Weight:-

The breasts are made up of fatty tissues in addition to several other tissues, glands and nerves. The fatty tissues in the breasts would usually be present either deep within the breasts (along with the glands) or just below the skin. While the fatty tissue present within the breasts does not pose a risk, it is the tissue that collects under the skin that can cause breasts to sag with time.

A study by researchers at the California Department of Health Services found that the rate of breast cancer amongst women who smoked was around 30% higher than for those who had never smoked. Apart from that, it also believed that the toxins one inhales while smoking breaks the elastin present in the skin that is responsible for the supple and smooth tone of the skin around the breasts. Once the elastin on your breasts break away, it makes them droop and surrender to the gravitational force making them sag.

Massage:- 
To keep your curvy bosoms in shape, apply some moisturiser daily. It will keep the skin supple and help your breasts retain their elasticity. Also, gently massage your breasts in a circular motion from upside down and vice versa. Do this for at least 10 minutes every day. This would help to increase blood circulation in the tissues, and would help in increasing the elasticity of your breasts. You can use aloe vera gel, almond oil, or any other vegetable oil for the massage.
